Years ago there were bumper stickers everywhere that read “God Is My Co-Pilot”. According to dictionary dot com one of the definitions of pilot is “ to steer or control the course”.  I wondered then but I am certain now, I do not want God to co-pilot my life, he is to be the pilot of my life.
